Gift card will be a VISA or MasterCard.  It is not registered or assigned to an individual.  It is transferable to anyone and can be used anywhere VISA or MasterCard is accepted.  The gift card will be mailed to the address you provide with the receipient as the name, attention of, or charity of you choice.  Any name, nickname, number,  or abbreviation can be entered.   The referral network may stop at anytime and distribution of reward is not guaranteed based on abuses and viability.  Referral is for collision repair only.
